River Valley Candle Company offers free 5oz samples once the application for wholesale is submitted. We verify the tax ID before we send samples.
To gain and maintain wholesale status with River Valley Candle Company, you must meet the following conditions:
· Maintain a storefront or other form of retail outlet.
· Provide a valid resale or business license/tax number which will be verified.
· Buy candles with the intent to resell to end-consumers.
· Submit a wholesale application and gain approval from River Valley Candle Company.
· Meet minimum order requirements as indicated below under ordering terms.
Ordering Terms and Prices:
· Initial order minimum is $100 at wholesale pricing, not including shipping.
· Must pre-pay with check (cleared bank), credit card, or paypal.
· Subsequent order minimum is $50 at wholesale pricing.
· Standard wholesale prices will be.
· Large orders of the same scent may be priced lower and will be estimated on a per order basis.
· Our candles are packaged carefully in break resistant packaging. The candles are ready for retail display with hang tags on each candle, which include a picture and River Valley Candle Company information.
· If approved, and payment is received your wholesale candles will be shipped with-in
21 days of order. I work hard to ship in less time, but it can take up to 21 days.
Please note that River Valley Candle Company has the right to discontinue any wholesale status in case the stated agreements and terms are not followed.
